Believing that we who toil and sacrifice both ourselves and our families to bring the benefits and protections of Union organization and contract conditions to others, should ourselves set the example by practicing what we preach, and realizing that all unorganized employees are subject to all of the discriminations, uncertainties and evils attendant to nonunion conditions.
